Use of Services

Victoria is a psychic intuitive empath, who is passionate about providing quality readings. Individuals under the age of 18 must receive parental permission to render services.

By scheduling an appointment for an Intuitive Reading or Master Classes offered by Victoria with Essentially an Empath, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. You are advised to read all terms and conditions in full before using any of the services and sites. If you do not agree to these terms you must not seek services offered by Victoria with Essentially an Empath.

Services referred to include payments via Booking Services, PayPal or Venmo and Intuitive Readings or Master Classes via email, online video conference, or phone.

Intuitive Readings

Intuitive readings are subject to your energies presented during the time of reading and the messages from Victoria's Guides that apply. The future is liable to change as everyone has free will. Due to this, information from readings may not apply or be valid at a future date. Messages given are not always what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. Each reading can be received differently by all and you do not hold Victoria with Essentially an Empath liable for outcomes.

Readings are for entertainment purposes. Readings are not qualified as counseling, medical advise, nor does the Reading hold any qualifications in law or finance and make no claims to this regard. Outcomes of readings may not always be accurate as we have God's Free Will to choose our destiny. Personal Readings may include personal opinions from time to time, but this does not constitute as a consultation, may it be legal, financial or of counselling.

You will receive a copy of your Intuitive Reading once payment is received. Booking an appointment does not guarantee that the time selected will be met until payment is made or prior payment arrangements have been made.

Master Classes

Master classes will be hosted in a private setting with 30 minutes of information provided and 30 minutes to allow for practice and/or questions to be answered. Full participation is required in order to reap full benefits. Participants agree to maintaining a courteous, kind environment. There is a zero-tolerance policy in cyber (or in person) bullying, hate speech, threats, etc. towards Victoria or class members. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for removal and banning from all future classes.

Readings with Essentially an Empath are confidential and will not be shared with others.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel appointments, cancellations must be 24 hours prior to event in writing or confirmed by Victoria. Deposit will be retained for same day cancellations.
