Absorbing others emotions is a reality many empaths encounter daily. We hold ourselves responsible for the emotions and feelings of other individuals. What if I told you: IT'S NOT YOUR JOB to hold their feelings. It is hard to decipher where your feelings start and their feelings end. Getting mental clarity allows you the freedom to release the guilt of taking your power back. It allows you to grab your demons 😈 by the fucking horns and make them your bitch, not the other way around.
