Hear me out; we are all made up of energy. When we make a connection we energetically tie ourselves to someone. Not all connections are reciprocal. Some are leeching from you. Some are all take and little give. Some are reciprocal. Some you take a lot and give a little. Being aware of what is attached to you is the start to learning how to cut cords.
