Creativity can be infused into anything an Empath is passionate about.
Creativity is a way to express yourself + at the core of an empath is the drive to be creative in anything they want to do and need to do.
For so long there has been this fix on what “creativity” really is:

𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭.
Children empaths are great at pursuing creativity in whatever they are doing. No one has told them to fit the mold… yet.
There is a box that society puts everyone in, not just empaths. Yet it is so much more terrifying to an empath to be limited.
➡️ Empaths don’t fit the mold.
➡️ Empaths want + need expressive ability.
So the 📦 society puts you in feels like a trap and suffocating to your very core.
𝟑 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐥𝐝:
💥 Follows the flow of creative energy; wherever that takes them.
💥 Intuitively questions the validity of why they must stop when someone tries to stop them.
💥 Does not see limiting beliefs of the activity they are accomplishing or working on.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲?
🔮 Reflect on why there is a limiting belief- who imposed this, why is it valid?
🔮 Allow free play
🔮 Keep a “yes” mentality when working through something.
